Vision Quest

Artist's Residency

Trade River Retreat Center, near Grantsburg, Wisconsin

Vision Quest Photo Workshops announces a new artist’s residency program. Spend three days to one week alone, in a rustic but modern cabin in the woods, devoted to nourishing your artistic spirit at Vision Quest’s Trade River Retreat Center in NW Wisconsin.

Autumn, Trade River Retreat Center

For artists and photographers looking for a retreat-like experience to work on their art, reflect on your artistic direction, make new art or photographs, review or edit past projects, plan new career paths, have time away from work/family/life pressure and stress or use in any way useful to move your art or career forward. Or simply use the time away to reflect on where you are and where you are headed.

Stay in a very private and secluded retreat in the woods, along the banks of a pristine sand-bottom river. The Trade River Retreat Center is located north of St Croix Falls, WI near Grantsburg, WI, an hour and a half from the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, MN. Modern facilities include large modern kitchen, full bathroom with hot and cold running water, heat, electricity, phone, wood-burning fireplace, wood-fired sauna, fire-pit, library and high-resolution stereo system with CD library.

Additional information and handouts will be sent upon registration.
